About the Role:

Dell Technologies is looking for a Senior Analyst in its Competitive Intelligence team under Corporate Marketing in Bangalore. This team plays a key role in analyzing competitor activities and identifying market trends to fuel Dell's strategic decisions.

You’ll be immersed in cutting-edge analytical techniques, working closely with stakeholders and leaders, contributing to shaping the company’s response to market dynamics, and continuously developing your technical and business intelligence skills.

What You’ll Achieve:

In this role, you will be responsible for deriving actionable insights from large datasets, monitoring trends, and proactively identifying issues and opportunities. You will also engage directly with end users and business stakeholders to refine information requirements and ensure timely delivery of data-driven reports.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze data and formulate conclusions with clearly articulated summaries for leadership
• Monitor trends, anomalies, and escalate potential issues based on data variances
• Engage end users to gather detailed information requirements
• Interface with customers to manage expectations regarding reports and service levels (SLAs)
• Monitor data/report availability and proactively communicate delays or discrepancies
• Handle complex assignments that require thoughtful decision-making, recommendations, and problem resolution
• Mentor junior team members and share technical or analytical best practices
